Joining

We can meet you at an airport by car and take you to the boat, or you can make your own way to an agreed point, which will, consistent with other bookings, be of your choice. We do not have a fixed joining day or set period of holiday. If, for example, you wish to be met at London, Heathrow and travel from London to Oxford or Stratford, we can usually achieve this if you book early.

Prices

As each trip is individual it is impossible to give prices for all routes, number of clients, start and finish points etc. However as a basic guide a charter starting and finishing at Calcutt for two people sleeping in one cabin would be around £1400 per week (i.e £ 700 per person). One way trips or trips starting and ending at other places are slightly more expensive. We will always give a quote for any trip possible and make suggestions to help. The price includes meals as stated, all boat costs and escorting. It does not include airfares, entrance fees and any shore sightseeing transport. Transfers to and from Calcutt or other joining/leaving points can be arranged - at very reasonable prices !

Booking

We are always limited for availability, and early booking is advised. Please either write, or preferably telephone, to check availability - with as many alternative dates in mind as possible. Once we have confirmed dates, prices, etc, we will send you a booking form. Please do tell us anything about yourselves that you think may be useful for us to know - it really does help.
